Bryce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness & Finance. He began his career in agriculture working directly with customers in hay operations before moving into dairy lending with a cooperative, where he supported producers in managing credit, financing, and growth strategies.

Following his lending work, Bryce transitioned into the feed procurement space, where he has built over a decade of experience representing both dairy and beef operations in the feed complex. His background combines hands-on production knowledge, financial expertise, and deep market insight, allowing him to guide producers in securing feed supplies, managing risk, and optimizing purchasing strategies.

Beyond his professional work, Bryce is a dedicated family man. He values time with his wife and children, working together on family projects, and creating lasting memories through activities and outdoor adventures.

Being raised on a farm and ranch in New Mexico, Annalies now calls Texas home. She began her professional career at a feed premix company while obtaining a bachelor’s degree in animal science at West Texas A&M University. Her passion for the agricultural industry, along with her commitment to excellence, allows her to address the individual needs of clients with unwavering dedication. She continues to advocate for the future of agriculture as a board member of the Panhandle Grain and Feed Association. In her personal life, Annalies enjoys live music, a good cup of coffee with a view, and being creative. With a service driven approach, Annalies looks forward to strengthening partnerships within the dairy industry and creating solutions that drive positive change.
